Selling property that isn't built yet

An AR property model puts an architect's maquette on any desk or table: buyers walk around the development, lean in to inspect the driveway, and understand the site layout in a way floor plans never achieve. For off-plan sales, that spatial understanding is often what converts a hesitant buyer.

Developers and estate agents use these models in sales suites, at exhibitions, and remotely: a buyer anywhere in the world opens a link and places the development on their own table during a video call. Interior walkthroughs, unit highlighting and sun-path visualisation can be layered on top. Models come from your CAD/BIM files or architectural drawings.
