Guardlane connects independent security officers with the companies and site operators that need cover. A provider publishes a shift — site, times, duties, requirements, pay — a qualified officer accepts it, and the shift’s worked and paid for in one place. No group chats. No spreadsheets. No “who’s on tonight?” phone calls.
What sets it apart isn’t the marketplace, though. It’s the record of the shift itself. On duty, officers check in, answer welfare checks, confirm patrol checkpoints and complete their required tasks from the mobile app — and every event lands in an append-only log. Providers watch it live, with an exceptions queue for anything that’s been missed.
Trust runs in both directions, too. Officers rate sites on safety, briefing quality, shift accuracy, respect and payment reliability. And when something’s genuinely wrong, safety and conduct concerns go through a private report — they never appear as a public rating.

Officers search and filter cover shifts, booking takes one step, and double booking is blocked outright.

Before public launch it still needs accredited licence verification, live payments and payouts, multi-factor authentication, and legal review, so we're not describing it as launched.
