A marketplace for security cover shifts. Providers post cover, qualified officers pick it up, and the shift is recorded from check-in to check-out, so both sides can trust what happened.
In development · preparing for launch
Guardlane connects independent security officers with the companies and site operators that need cover. A provider publishes a shift with its site, times, duties, requirements and pay; a qualified officer accepts it; and the shift is worked and paid in one place.
What sets it apart is the record of the shift itself. On duty, officers check in, answer welfare checks, confirm patrol checkpoints and complete required tasks from the mobile app, and each event lands in an append-only log. Providers watch this live, with an exceptions queue for anything missed.
Trust runs in both directions. Officers rate sites on safety, briefing quality, shift accuracy, respect and payment reliability, while safety and conduct concerns go through a private report that never appears as a public rating.

Officers search and filter cover shifts; booking is one step and double booking is blocked.
Check-in and check-out, welfare checks, patrol checkpoints and required duty tasks on the officer's phone.
Check-ins are compared against a provider-set boundary on the server, and labelled honestly when no boundary is set.
Duty actions queue on the phone when signal drops and replay later without creating duplicates.
Providers see active sessions, welfare status, patrol coverage and an exceptions queue.
Officers rate sites on five dimensions; providers see reliability built from shift evidence.
Concern, urgent or critical reports, handled separately from public ratings.
Coverage, incidents, ratings and payments, exportable to CSV.
A provider posts the shift with site, times, duties, requirements and pay.
A qualified officer accepts it.
Check-in, welfare checks, patrols and tasks are logged as they happen.
Check-out moves payment into review, and both sides rate each other.
The core product works today: the web console, the Flutter officer app, on-duty mode, live operations, ratings, safety reports and the append-only event record. Before public launch it still needs accredited licence verification, live payments and payouts, multi-factor authentication, and legal review, so we're not describing it as launched.
It's built by our application development team. If you run a security company and want early access, get in touch.
Not publicly. The core product is built and working, and it's being prepared for launch in the UK.
