CRM DevelopmentCustom CRM development for Manchester and UK businesses. We build CRM software around how your team actually works, connect it to the tools you already use, and hand you a system you own.
Custom CRM development means building customer relationship software around your processes, instead of bending your processes to fit an off-the-shelf product. For a lot of businesses a subscription CRM is the right answer. For others, the workarounds pile up: spreadsheets on the side, fields repurposed for things they were never meant to hold, and a monthly per-seat bill for features nobody opens.
That is usually the point where a custom CRM starts to pay for itself. The businesses that get the most from one tend to have a process that is genuinely theirs: a booking flow, a multi-stage approval, a job that moves between field staff and office staff, or customer records that have to connect to scheduling, payments and compliance at the same time.
We are a Manchester team that builds CRM software end to end: the database, the admin screens your staff live in, the customer-facing portal where you need one, the integrations with your email, payments and accounting, and the automation that removes the copy-and-paste from your day. You own the code and the data.
A CRM designed around your pipeline, records and permissions, rather than a generic template.
Stages, owners, follow-ups and forecasting that match how your team actually sells.
Secure logins where customers book, pay, upload documents or track progress themselves.
Appointments, shifts or lessons tied directly to the customer record.
Reminders, assignments, approvals and status changes that happen without someone remembering to do them.
Email, payments, accounting, calendars, messaging and your existing website connected to one record.
Live figures on pipeline, revenue, activity and performance, with exports for your accountant.
Moving your customers, history and documents out of spreadsheets or an old CRM without losing context.
We sit with the people who will use the CRM and map the real process, including the workarounds, before designing anything.
We define the smallest version that replaces the painful parts first, so you are using it in weeks rather than waiting months for everything.
Clickable designs of the screens your team will use every day, tested with those people before we build.
We build the CRM, connect your existing tools, and migrate your data into it.
A staged roll-out with training for each role, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Ongoing support, fixes and new features as your business changes.
We will tell you honestly if you do not need a custom CRM. If your process is close to a standard sales pipeline and your team is small, a well-configured subscription product is usually faster and cheaper, and we would rather help you set that up well than build something you did not need.
A custom CRM tends to make sense when: your process has steps no off-the-shelf product models properly; you are paying for many seats of a platform while using a fraction of it; your customer data has to live alongside bookings, jobs, compliance records or payments; you need a portal for customers or field staff; or you have outgrown spreadsheets and every "quick fix" has made things harder.
Ownership matters. With a CRM you own, there is no per-seat price rise you cannot negotiate, no feature removed from your plan, and no export limit on your own customer data. You also carry the responsibility for hosting and maintenance, which we can take on as part of an ongoing support agreement.
Security and data protection are part of the design, not an afterthought: role-based access so staff see only what they need, audit trails of who changed what, and handling of personal data that supports your obligations under UK GDPR.
We work with businesses across Manchester and the rest of the UK, and pair CRM builds with our AI automation and application development work where it helps.
Several of our own products are, at their core, customer and workforce records with automation around them: the same foundations a custom CRM needs.

See the product →It depends on the processes, integrations and number of user roles involved, so we quote after a short discovery conversation rather than guessing. We usually recommend starting with a focused first version that replaces the most painful part of your process, then extending it.
A focused first version is typically a matter of weeks, and larger platforms with portals and several integrations take longer. We agree the scope and timeline before any build work starts.
