Web DevelopmentCustom websites and web applications built for New Zealand realities — fast for every visitor from Auckland to Invercargill, integrated with Xero, and taking payments through Windcave and Stripe NZ. Quoted per project in NZD.
A New Zealand website has to do specific Kiwi jobs: load fast on rural connections, talk to Xero, and take payments through the gateways Kiwis trust. Off-the-shelf builds from overseas templates routinely miss all three. We build for the NZ stack from day one.
Performance is engineered, not hoped for. With visitors spread from Auckland to the deep south, we serve every build through a CDN with edge presence near New Zealand, optimise assets aggressively, and target Core Web Vitals that hold up on 4G — because that is what much of the country browses on.
Our web development for New Zealand is run from our Manchester studio, with written technical specs signed off before a line of code. Integrations with Xero, Windcave (formerly DPS), Stripe NZ and NZ shipping providers are standard scope items. Every project is quoted per project in NZD.

Xero is the centre of gravity. Xero was born in Wellington and dominates NZ small-business accounting. Websites that invoice, take bookings or sell online should sync with it — contacts, invoices, payments — so the books reconcile themselves. We build Xero integrations as standard, not as exotic extras.
Payments must be Kiwi-native. Windcave (formerly DPS) remains the incumbent NZ gateway, Stripe NZ is the modern default, and Afterpay is close to expected on consumer checkouts. A checkout that only offers international options leaks conversions. We wire the right mix into every NZ store.
Speed across the whole country. An Auckland office on fibre is not your whole audience. CDN edge caching near New Zealand, compressed assets and lean code mean a visitor in Dunedin or rural Waikato gets a site that feels instant, not imported.
Honest about remote delivery. Development is the discipline where remote works best: written specs, staging environments, version control and async review are how good software ships anyway. You get a Manchester development team at Manchester cost, quoted per project in NZD — with video reviews at every milestone.

Yes — invoicing, contacts, payments and inventory sync are standard Xero integration work for us. Tell us which Xero plan you are on and we will scope it.
Windcave (formerly DPS), Stripe NZ and Afterpay are the core three for NZ checkouts. We can also work with POLi and other local options where they fit the business.
Yes — CDN with edge presence near NZ, aggressive asset optimisation and lean code. We test on throttled 4G profiles, not just office fibre.
Written specs, staging links and async review — the same process good software teams use anyway. Milestone demos happen on video in your late afternoon.
Both. WordPress where you need to manage content yourself; custom builds where you need performance or functionality a CMS cannot give. We recommend honestly based on the brief.
Quoted per project in NZD from a written spec — a marketing site, a booking platform and a custom web app are priced on their actual scope.
