Overview

An Audit That Tells You What to Do First

Most SEO audits fail at the last step: prioritisation. A list of 400 warnings is not a plan. Our audit ranks every finding by impact and effort, so your developers and writers know exactly what to fix first, what can wait, and what does not matter.

For Canadian sites we add checks generic audits miss: bilingual hreflang and language architecture, Quebec French content quality, google.ca localisation signals, provincial local-SEO coverage, and CASL/PIPEDA-adjacent marketing issues that affect tracking.

Fixed scope, fixed CAD price, delivered in weeks — with a walkthrough call in the overlap window so your team can question every recommendation.

What we build

Link profile audit

Backlink quality, toxic risks and Canadian link opportunities.

Prioritised roadmap

Every finding ranked by impact and effort, with owners assigned.

How we work

How the Audit Runs

  1. Kickoff call

Goals, markets, languages and access — one call in the overlap window.

  2. Crawl and data

We crawl the site and pull Search Console, analytics and ranking data.

  3. Bilingual review

EN/FR architecture and French content quality assessed.

  4. Analysis

Findings ranked by impact; quick wins separated from projects.

  5. Report

Written audit with the prioritised roadmap.

  6. Walkthrough

We present to your team and turn recommendations into tickets.

What you get

Deliverables, Not Data Dumps

The roadmap is the product. You receive a written report, but the working document is the prioritised action list: each item with what it is, why it matters, how hard it is, and who should own it. Developers get tickets they can build from; writers get briefs they can follow.

Bilingual findings get bilingual treatment. French-language issues are reported with French examples and French keyword data — not translated summaries. If your team works in English, recommendations are written so they can be actioned without speaking French.

Quick wins are separated honestly. Some fixes take an hour and move the needle; some take a quarter and compound slowly. We label which is which, so you can sequence work around your actual capacity.

The audit stands alone. There is no obligation to hire us for implementation — though most clients do, because the roadmap is written to be built from. Either way, the thinking is yours to keep.

Questions

Frequently Asked

What exactly do we receive?

A written audit report plus the prioritised action roadmap — every finding ranked by impact and effort with owners assigned — and a walkthrough call with your team. The roadmap is built to be implemented, by us or by you.

How is this different from a free automated audit?

Automated tools list warnings; they do not understand bilingual sites, Quebec French, google.ca localisation or your business priorities. Our audit is analyst-led, Canada-specific, and every recommendation is something a human judged worth doing.

What access do you need?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics and CMS access ideally — plus a crawl we run ourselves. If access is limited, we say so upfront and scope around it honestly.

How long does the audit take?

Typically two to three weeks from kickoff, depending on site size and language count. Bilingual sites take slightly longer because the French architecture gets its own full pass.

How much does the audit cost?

Fixed CAD pricing based on site size and page count, agreed before we start — no hourly billing, no scope creep. Our UK pricing guide shows the equivalent bands we work from.

Do we have to hire you to fix what you find?

No. The roadmap is written so your team or another supplier can implement it. Most clients ask us to continue because the plan is built to be built from — but the audit is a complete product on its own.
